We Are All America exclusively collaborates with grassroots organizations, immigrant rights coalitions, and refugee and immigrant-led groups that focus on the rights of newcomers to host our State Organizers. These partnerships ensure our work remains rooted in local movements and community-led advocacy.

We believe in the power of community-driven action to create long-term stability. Our organizers, who possess lived experience as immigrants and refugees, work tirelessly to empower communities and amplify local voices. Through strategic collaboration and grassroots mobilization, they are reshaping the American story to one of shared authorship and mutual investment.
How Our Organizers Build Power:
- Local Stewardship: We provide platforms for active community engagement, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual aid among neighbors and allies.
- Capacity Building: Through workshops and mentorship, organizers sharpen their advocacy and leadership skills to navigate complex policy landscapes.
- Policy Leadership: Our teams lead advocacy campaigns that influence decision-makers to adopt common-sense, functional systems that benefit the whole community.
- Mobilization: Organizers drive positive change by coordinating community events and rallies that raise awareness and inspire action.
- Sustainable Growth: WAAA provides at least two years of direct funding and collaborative fundraising support to ensure the long-term stability of these vital leadership roles.
