Women’s Community Catalyst Award
Honoring the Architects of Our Future

Every March, we celebrate the energy and vision of those who co-author our shared American story. The Women’s Community Catalyst Award is an annual tradition dedicated to appreciating the immigrant and refugee women who serve as the foundation of our neighborhoods. These leaders are more than just residents; they are Community Architects whose work within grassroots initiatives and Ethnic Community-Based Organizations (ECBOs) ensures our towns remain vibrant and resilient for the next generation.
We Are All America is proud to honor three outstanding leaders who embody the “superpower” of diverse perspectives and the courage to build a better world for all of us.
