
WAAA ECBO Cohort
Background
We Are All America proudly supports refugee and immigrant leaders by offering the tools, resources, and guidance needed to strengthen their organizations and amplify their impact. The ECBO Cohort Program addresses the unique challenges faced by emerging leaders through strategic advocacy, skill-building, and capacity development—empowering participants to become effective changemakers. If you’re ready to grow your leadership and build lasting relationships with other immigrant and refugee leaders, this program is for you!

Program Elements
Participants will meet virtually over six months, attending four bi-monthly, 3-hour workshops. Full attendance is required.
Program Benefits
- Mini-Grant: $1,000 upon full completion
- Coaching and Support: One-on-one goal coaching, technical assistance, and leadership development.
